Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Oley Valley Sign Works does not offer returns or refunds on shipping costs. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage, arranging for a carrier, and covering any associated shipping costs of the returned item.
We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items. If you receive a custom product that does not match the proof we sent for your approval, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will correct the issue.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Oley Valley Sign Works will respond with instructions on where to send the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
